Thankful for Family Time
Paved bike trails throughout Truckee are open and provide a wonderful opportunity to get some quality family time during the Thanksgiving break. The weather looks perfect for biking, and Bike Truckee is open to rent pavement style ebikes, mountain ebikes, Fat tire ebikes, and traditional bikes.

Martis Valley Trail....Now it goes all the way to the Northstar village!
The Martis Valley paved Trail is a beautiful paved bike path that goes from our bikeshop through the beautiful Martis Valley wildlife area. The path climbs up by the Northstar golf course, and then continues on all the way to the village! A new section of trail that was recently completed eliminates riding on Northstar drive and takes you through the woods to the Village. Enjoy shopping, restauraunts, and a skating rink.
Martis Valley Trail and The Tompkins Memorial Trail:
The Tompkins Memorial Trail offers a scenic and accessible mountain biking and hiking experience in the center of the Martis Valley. It's free of snow, hosts a diverse range of bird species, and the creeks are flowing beautifully. This trail is conveniently located for an easy ride from our bike shop.
